One swallow at night works fantastic for indigestion, virtually eliminated all my eczema, and has greatly helped cough and cold by building up immune system ( which I can sense and feel in my body because of more energy ).

I have taken CS for few years now. I usually nly take it when I feel a cold comimg on. After 24 hours I have always felt well again. this year my sinus were bad. I started taking it on a daily basis. I only realised after 2 weeks my arthritis has almost gone. I will continue to take CS everyday now. CS has many health benefits.
