I have just started a month and a half ago. My A1C was at 14 sense then it has drop to a whooping 8.5, doctor was very empress with my results in only a month and half. Everyone who has my problem and more, I've been recommending bitter melon to them.

This has worked VERY well in reducing my blood glucose levels. I started at 220 - next day 179 - next day 152 - next day139.My evening glucose has been about 119 - which is really good for me right now. It's been high for a long time. I make bitter melon juice in nutribullett and drink 4 oz. after meal. It works great. I notice my sugar drop 75-100 points one hour later.

I have type 2 and can personally tell you that is you are a borderline diabetic this herb WORKS...I am not borderline and I use this and metformin...keeps levels low..sometimes too low..I call it a wonder herb!!!
