    Pumpkin seed oil 4 per day cleared Bladder infection and has helped with bladder urgency issues. Has greatly helped with waking frequently for bathroom trips during the night.

    I've been taking pumpkin seed oil capsules for 2 weeks. I am running a fever, feel, weak, tired, backache. Could the capsules be the reason. I am taking them for incontinence. I am a woman, 85 years old. Taking 4 a day.

    I have been using this pumpkin seed oil to treat my incontinence (bladder control) for several years. It is very effective. I am taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at bedtime.

    I was getting up to go to the bathroom 3-5 times each night before taking two pumpkin seed oil softgels (total = 2,000 mg) each day. By 30 days I was only going once a night. By end of two months I was not getting up at all. I have been taking it for for almost seven months and almost never go to the bathroom during the night.
