Helped me lose weight. I noticed some of my oriental co workers sipping teaspoons of it and asked them why. Thy said it keeps them thin and from getting hungry.....

Had a terrible sore throat (maybe strep), felt like I was swallowing knives. Gargled and drank concoction of water, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne. Within 30 minutes, the pain was reduced. Within 60 minutes the pain was almost completely gone.

sounds crazy but I had heal spurs and hurt bad. A friend(old farmers wives tale) said use natural vinegar in a drink and the heal spur will go away. I did not like any drink so I put it on a salad with natural virgin olive oil (natural ibuprofen). About a week later he asked how the spurs were and that was when I really noticed I did not feel them. I don't care what anyone says about that trea
