    i'v taking cla in the past and it does work but it take about 2 months to work

    I supplemented with CLA twice, for six weeks and eight weeks respectively. The first time it was extremely effective, the second time not at all. The only differing variable was the workout regiment. It seems CLA only has the desired effects desired when paired with INTENSE exercise.     I took a daily recommended dose of 3000mg of CLA for about 4 months for weight loss. I gradually began to notice that my urine had become dark, and my stool had become pale (clay-colored).     At the beginning of the year i wanted to loose weight and shape up. I started using CLA Booster Pharma Nord and within one month i felt more toned and firm. Alongside i would go on evening walks and eat as healthy as i can, within 6 months i lost two stone i am now a uk size 10.I cant believe it, i am extremely happy!
