I started taking D-Ribose for my fibromyalgia. I took it twice a day and I noticed a significant increase in energy, I felt normal again. I also noticed a decrease in my pain. My only issue with it is that I have to time the dose just right because if I don't eat within a half hour of taking it then I feel faint. So I usually take it on an empty stomach and plan to eat my next meal about a hal
