Unfortunately I think this vitamin has given me severe constipation since taking the capsules. It definitely has improved the arthritis in my hands so I am not sure if I will continue taking the capsules perhaps reducing the dosage may help?p

I am trying to reduce the pain of arthritis and it was suggested to me to use Vitamin C with rose hips and Omega 3-6-9. This is a new regiment so time will tell.
