I've been taking the gymnema for aprox 3 mos. stopped the metformin(due to terrible side effects) my blood sugars have been at or below those with the metforming. VERY VERY HAPPY - with no side effects. I am anxious to see what my A1C looks like. it was 6.7 on my last test. I'm hoping it to be lower with the gymnema. I take the capsules.

Experienced moderate left leg pain, starting at knee, expanding to mid-calf and mid-thigh, going all around the leg. Could barely walk for 18 hours until the pain went away. If it had been both legs, I could not have walked.
