Metformin and Actos alone did not stablize my blood sugar ups and downs. Gymnema gives me more control... One tablet 45-60 minutes before a low sugar meal, Two before a high sugar meal, give me better readings and more stable readings. Other things to consider are Chrominum GTF and apple cider vinegar products.

I took only 1 capsule on Friday after lunch and I started cramping that night and have continued to cramp through Sunday night. It seems the pain is worst at night and first thing in the morning. It seems to not be so painful during the day.
