I take 1 tsp every night before bed. I noticed a difference within 3 or 4 days of taking it. A full week into, zero hot flashes. I buy it in bulk extract powder, so there is no fillers. Just the Black Cohosh. I've been taking it for about 2 months now. Just ordered more. Great stuff! I haven't had any side affects.

I took Remifemin. It worked to drop my start of hot flashes by 50%. I was excited for this. Then after no period for a full year. (Menopause) I started to spot. I made a dr appointment and ended up getting a hysterectomy. They found I had precancerous cells on my Cervix. Good or bad? I cannot truly say.

My friend recommended this herbal treatment for relief of hot flashes. She said it could take about a month to see results. I noticed the change within three days. Within a week the hot flashes were gone and now I can sleep through the night again. Itâ??s a fantastic treatment and I havenâ??t experienced any negative side effects. I am into my second month of taking it and will continue

I get really hot at night and have to sleep with 2-3 icepacks. I was told Black Cohash "really cooled you off" so I tried it. First night, I got through the night with 1 icepack. I thought, "Wow! It works!" but the next night I went through 4 icepacks, and that is where it is, every time I take one, so I've stopped, and now I'm back to 2-3. I've long felt that
