    I started taking 540MG for 3 days, and I started having weird headaches, I stopped immediately. I am going to let pass some weeks and having again to see if the headaches are caused by this herb.

    Have been having terrible hot flashes for more than four months. They occur three or four times an hour throughout the day, and then on into the night making getting a good night's sleep almost impossible. I tried both magnesium and sage, both touted as remedies for hot flashes, neither did anything at all. But within 4 days of me trying Black Cohosh, my hot flashes began to lessen. Within 2 w ...     was having really bad hot flashes, cant believe this works, rite aid had them in 200mg capsules, i take one twice daily. amazing!
