    immediate relief, had days when I had to stay home, excess gas smelly, embarrassing, almost no symptoms after five days, I am taking a probiotic also suggested by GNC staff. Feel much better.

    I first started taking L-Glutamine due to nerve pain and muscle weakness after a surgery. I took to much and it affected the kidneys. When I found out it might help repair the gut I decided to try taking low dosage since I'd had an UC flare-up for 8 months and my medication and probiotics weren't helping me enough.     l-glutemine has helped with my small intestine ulcers. Pain is reduced. Have gone glutin free and life is much better.
