I had a severe gastrointestinal problem. Was unable to eat a full meal in 10 months. after eating the actual leaf itself, I ate my first meal just 2 days later. I purchased the leaves from a Farmer's Market.

I have both RA & Osteoarthritis. I noticed less stiffness and more energy after only 2 weeks. I am hoping it will lower my cholesterol. I drink 4-5 ounces of pure prickly pear juice (nopal 100) mixed with my morning juice. I am so happy with it!!!!
