I have taken 3 mg of boron daily and then increased to 6 mg of boron daily for about 2 months. I now have no pain in my knee but I still have a weakness. I have no side effects.

Taking a finger lick of borax daily for probably 3 months seems to remedy aches and joint pains. May require longer. Stopping can allow trouble to return. Retaking can then fix problem. When cured perhaps once a week is sensible to maintain control. Your daily diet is still deficient!
