    Don't harvest from wild! There aren't supposed to be any look alikes, so I'm pretty sure I used reishi (ganoderma). 2 times I tried tiny chunk brewed into tea. Gave bad headaches. Either that's a side effect for me, or most likely, it's just too hard to regulate a safe amount, when picking

    Hi, I started using Ganoderma [Reishi] capsule/powder for my crippy Psoriasis which was getting worsen without any remedy from modern medicines. By the God's Grace Its 99% gone and my all body skin [Head/Back/Hands/Legs ] are cleared now with some black spots.     I had problems with acid reflux and insomnia. After the first week I had noticable improvement. After the first month, acid reflux completely gone and no more acid reflux meds needed. The insomnia When away after several weeks.

    I have been taking spore powder ganoderma for 1.5 months. I have now started experiencing watery diarrhea for 7 days now and was told that I'm detoxifying. I have bad stomach pains so terribly bad that I had to stop taking it.
