    was in unbearable pain and shark cartilage capsules literally helped over night.

    My Chiro recommended BSC to me years ago. Within 4 days I could get on the tennis court. My OA in my knees are worse now, no tennis here....but what a noticeable difference when i use it (in my entire body)!Ised Belle Distributors brand only

    I have had knee problems for a while. The tendons would hurt for days after waking or any light exercise. After taking the shark cartilage for a week the pain is gone. I purchased the GNC brand.

    More than 20 years ago my knees hurt so badly that I had to grab one of them with both hands at night so that I could turn over. I started taking 2 750mg capsules of shark cartilage, not believing it would help, but I was desperate enough to try it.
