Was recommended to use ferverfew. A neighbor suggested liquid form she used with great results. I used Gelstat. Squirt pre-dosed packet under tongue. Within 10 minutes migraine started to subside. Have been using ever since. It works for me. I am not promoting Gelstat just that this products main ingredient is feverfew and it worked...and rather quickly.

Please note that for migraines, feverfew is best used FRESH, fresh tinctured or at least freeze dried.

I took Feverfew for several weeks to help prevent my hormonal migraines. Big mistake. My menstrual cycle was completely thrown off balance (I spotted for 10 days before I got my period a whole week early). I had migraines a couple of times a week for decades. They were completely debilitating. My mother's doctor mentioned feverfew one day. I have been taking one tablet per day for the last 15 years and have not had a migraine since. Very occasionally, I get a mild sick headache but never migraines.
