I am a victim of statin drugs. Using Co Q10 has been a lifesaver. It gave me my energy back. I also have trmors andwould like to know how much I should take on a daily basis.

Statin poisoning related to high CK levels (1850) 300 Mg gaily seems to have helped with muscle spasms and pain. CK levels have dropped to around 250 .

I started taking Lipitor for my cholesterol. Shortly thereafter, I developed muscle pains in my legs and the Dr. told me to start taking Co Q 10. The pain cleared up almost immediately. I take 100 mg by Finest available at Walgreens.

I have been taking Ubiguinol(Kaneka QH)for my muscle weakness and pain. This specific type of Ubiguinol has relieved all my symptoms. I started at 50mg with no change then to 100mgs with significate relief.
