    been taking it since grade school about 14 years maybe longer but recently i started having stomach pains vomiting diarrhea rectal bleeding and gas. all seems to have drastically improved withing a few days of stopping. the issue had been ongoing for 3 months

    It can sometimes help, but for me it seems to lose effectiveness after a few days. First use of it got me back on a "normal" sleep cycle of night-midnight-early morning continuous six hours of sleep. A few days of this was wonderful, then the wakefulness at 2am started up again, and I'm back to where I was two weeks ago of 2 hours of sleep, 4-6 hours of wakefulness, and then a de ...     I sleep soundly and don't wake up in the middle of the night after taking it. I wouldn't take it nightly though, I become groggy the next day if I do.

    It doesn't help me fall asleep as much as it helps me stay asleep (I don't wake up during the night anymore). I just hate the burning sensation when orally applied.
