    It did a fantastic job at getting me to sleep, witch has always been an issue for me, but it worsened my depression significantly.

    Dreams were very lucid and vivid. Dizziness was after about 30 minutes. The worse side effect was the headache upon waking. Like a hang-over and energy level very low. Falling asleep seems quicker, but the after effects will make me not want to use it very often.

    I have had horrible feelings since I started melatonin. I feel hung-over, and yesterday I was close to hallucinating. I was definitely altered. The only thing that has changed is that I started taking the melatonin a week ago. One day the feeling of being altered was so intense that I didn't recognize a good friend I've known for over a year! I use a CPAP, and since I've started melato ... Show Full Comment

    Started taking 2 to 5 mlg.of melatonin for the past 6 to 8 months. Started having excruciating pain in every bone in my body. Stopped only last night. Helped with the morning headaches and sleep but the bone pain is so intense. Read the same thing by many people! Won't ever take it again.

    It did nothing for me. MD changed me to Sonata that give 5 hours of good sleep with NO hangover feeling in the morning
