    Along with multivitamins and folic acid it did help my pink eye, it was gone withing 3 days. Micale.

    Works, as a powder (of the root), for external application to scrapes and other broad shallow wounds such as a shotgun wound.

    HVe used golden seal topically for ringworm and other skinn problems, both on myself and cats and dogs. Works very well.

    Granted, I am taking a tincture of Goldenseal and Echinacea, I have tried it to combat BV (bacterial vaginosis). Very surprised. It has made a great change. I believe this product/herb truely does fight bacteria.

    For bronchitis I took one GS twice a day for two days. My ulcerative colitis proctitis began to flare with cramping and bright red blood via rectum. I have been to the bathroom about 10 times in 4 hours. If you have UC you may want to avoid this supplement. This has happened on two separate occasions and I will not take it internally again.
