was informed by an employee of a health food store, good for fevers. So, I did use it in water/juice about 20 droplets into a 8 oz cup, about 3 times a day...was effective.

I take a combo Goldenseal/Fenugreek to get rid of a cold that just hangs on. Top symptoms are nasal congestion and cough. This was suggested to me by a herbologist and seems to work well. I take about 9 pills a day for a few weeks.
