I was so excited when I purchased the 90ml bottle from chemist warehouse. I tried it and with complete honesty I nearly vomited. The taste was sooooo bad like a combination of cloves, arse and shit! Omg people DO NOT PUT god awful potion on your tongue. Just dont! But, I’m now putting it in a little juice and walla!!!!!!! Problem solved!

I use a product called InnerCalm from the company Arbonne, it also includes saffron however Ashwaganda is the main ingredient. After years of dealing with neuro lyme and ptsd related anxiety, this is the first thing that has worked for me. I have control over my emotions and I can reel myself back in when my mind starts to run.
