    I started taking Chaste berry for peri-menopausal acne, sleeplessness & lack of energy. It helps somewhat with sleeplessness & helping quite a bit with energy levels, but... I am SO bloated & gassy! I have put on weight even though I have good eating habits & do yoga & walk for exercise. I can't fit into some of my clothes!     Perfect for menopausal symptoms. Within hours of taking the first dose I felt better. GNC Chasteberry 500mg capsules.(brand not listed on dropdown menu so listing here).

    I had hot flashes related to first year of menopause. One each hour or more, I was desperate. After half week taking this herb they began toreduce their frequency. Now, a month later I seldomly have any.

    great for reducing pmt, getting cycle in order and on time or even slightly early, and helped me get pregnant (at the time I wanted to).
