    This product does the opposite for me, it makes me drowsy. I am taking 25mg's at bedtime. Does anyone know why it makes me tired instead of energized???

    took 100mg...too much...take 10-15mg 2 hrs before bed...Result:great sleeps and, oddly, I've developed a passion for opera and classical music...go figure...

    I started taking DHEA when trying to recover from CFS. My hormones were very low, so I started taking this to boost Testosterone levels. I took it off and on for this reason.     My question is my bottle saids DHPG 100/50 MG 1 capsule after breakfest ,but the paper that came with that saids that on top but then about your medication it says DHEA and 7- Keto DHEA and and under that instructions about Pregnenolone?     I was put on Pregnenolone because all more hormones were tanked. It has helped with fatigue, sleep and hot flashes. It has caused acne breakouts though.
