    After about 1 month, my restless leg syndrome was under control. No more severe pains when in bed. I am 66 years of age.

    I have the chronic form of Lyme disease. The bacteria utilities magnesium in its life cycle instead of iron,(most bacteria utilize iron). Consequently I found myself with RLS, chronic constipation, bouts of anxiety, headaches, nerve ticks.     Finding the right magnesium supplement that does not cause diarrhea isthe most difficult part. Magnesium glycinate is good for this.

    I have take prescription drugs for RLS for over 10 yrs and always have to reboot every 6 months. I tried Magnesium Glycerinate did and now do not have to take the prescription meds.

    It has been less than a month, and I think it is helping. At this point, it could be wishful thinking. It will take a little longer to be sure.
