I had probably been drink'g Bigelow's Chinese Oolong tea sporadically for about a year or more, when I noticed that it seemed to have a beneficial effect on my eyes' ability to focus for a short period of time!! Not satisfied with a couple of hours at a time, I began drinking 60 to 80 ozs a day. To my dismay the benefit didn't seem to be cumulative, AND I started to have the side
