i suffered for over a month with a sore hot swelling area on my right leg. I thought for sure I had a blood clot, had ultra sound and no clot but my Obahma care doctor had no clue, and even the emergency care dr. couldn't figure it out. started taking the horse chestnut and in two days it was gone! no noticeable side affects but read you should not take it for long periods of time.
