Haven't used ashitba before, so ignore my ratings of the treatment. However, it contains furanocoumarins, which are involved in the 'grapefruit juice effect' and can have the unintended effect of potentiating other medicines you are taking. Worthwhile to check the list of potential interactions before you adopt it as a big part of your diet.
