Been taking 400 mg/day for about 18 mo now. I was amazed at how quickly it kicked in. I felt like a new woman in about 1 week. One wonderful side benefit included a reduction in my tendency toward becoming anxious about little situations in life - no more heart pounding anxiety reactions or obsessing for hours over something that happened. I take one pill a day in the morning and Eskaloft 1 morning and 1 at night The combination works well Price varies a lot for Eskaloft so shop around

Within 1 1/2 weeks of taking 400 mg first thing in the morning, I have more energy and my mood has greatly improved. I am 59 years old and I was worried about messing up my stomach. It has not caused any stomach problems.
