I started taking for my RLS IPin combination with other medication. It relaxes me enough to fall asleep but I still dont stay asleep all night. You do have to watch interactions with some medicines. For me it was motrin.

My water aerobics instructor, 54, was found dead in her chair 2 years ago. The coroner ran extensive tests. It wasn't an aneurysm, heart issue, or anything else. They finally came to the conclusion that it was an overdose of California Poppy herbal blend. Please be careful out there!!! Herb medicines are just that--MEDICINE!!!

    Comment:
I use California Poppy when I am feeling irritable sometimes due to an influx of energy in my system which puts me in an agitated space. Almost immediately the feelings of irritability and anger subside. The plant gives me a definite centering and sense of safety.
