I used one dropperful in water twice a day for one week. Also drank a half cup of unsweetened cranberry juice same time of day and avoided coffee first few days, per Christine Northrup M.D.'s instruction

Use to prevent UTIs, recommended by my urologist. Was hesitant to use every day, so most often I use 2-3x week, as preventative. Also have IC (Interstitial Cystitis), so Uva Ursi works well to reduce inflammation for me during a flare. Use after diarreah too. Can be diuretic, so drink water, which is same good practice for UTI and antibiotic. Use Swanson brand.

After experiencing a very bad reaction to an antibiotic given to me for a UTI, I researched to find a better, more natural treatment. I found Uva Ursi and it is now the only thing I use if I get a UTI. It works quickly and efficiently. I usually take it for 1 week to be certain the infection is gone completely. So much better than antibiotics and all of their side effects!
