I started using ylang ylang when my doctor put me on the third blood pressure pill. I said ENOUGH. It does reduce my bp to within the range needed. I do still take one bp pill, but that's it. A little oil on bottom of my feet and/or wrists daily does the trick. I use doTerra brand - it wasn't on the list.

I have heart palpitations from mitral prolapse and didn't believe it would work but someone gave me a sample...it's great. I now use it twice a day applied topically to my chest. the palpitations have greatly improved and I also sleep better than I have in years.
